THE FIELDS FAQ’S
Where do move in trucks park their vehicle?
- At Turing, there is a loading area on the south side of the building, near the garage entrance.
- At Gideon, there are two loading areas for move in that are first come first serve, one on the west side of the building and the other on the east side of the building.
- At Graham, we have two designated areas, one on the east side of the building, in front of the leasing office, and the other on the north side of the building nearest Turing’s parking entrance.
- A map with these locations will be provided to you before your move-in date.

On approved credit:
- Studio: $400

Do you offer EV charging?
Yes, Charge Point is used at Turing and Graham. Enel X is used at Gideon.
Are there Tesla chargers on site?
No, but there are Tesla chargers located across the street at Great Mall.
Are there assigned parking spaces or spots?
All parking spaces are designated as first come first serve.
Do want have homes without carpet?
Turing & Gideon have carpet in the bedrooms, unless your home is on the first floor or located above retail. Graham has vinyl plank flooring throughout (lofts have carpet in the loft space only).
How does the process work if I’m unemployed, retired, a student, or have a pending offer letter for a new job?
We accept offer letters, but require a 1-month deposit. If you are unemployed, retired, or a student, you must have supporting documentation showing that you can make 2.7x the monthly rent.
What’s your pet policy & pet fees?
Deposit is $500 and pet rent is $50 per pet, per month.
What are the breed restrictions?
Yes. Exotic pets, reptiles and dogs of pure breed or mixed breeds of any of the following are prohibited from the property: Akita, Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler, Red Heeler, Queensland Heeler), Basenji, Bedlington Terrier, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow Chow, Dalmation, Doberman, Dogue de Bordeaux, Foxhound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presia Canario (Pit Bull Family), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Weimaraner and Wolf Dog. Reptiles and exotic animals are allowed only with written approval from management. No poisonous or illegal pets allowed.
How’s the safety in the area?
Turing, Graham, and Gideon each have after-hours security, parking garages with gated entry, and all elevators and doors require the use of a FOB.
What are the amenity hours?
Hours vary at each property.
- Turing: the fitness center is open 24 hours a day; the café is open from 6am-10pm; all other amenities are open from 8am-10pm.
- Graham: the fitness center is open 24 hours a day; all other amenities are open from 8am-10pm.
- Gideon: the fitness center is open 24 hours a day; all other amenities are open from 8am-10pm.
Does Graham and Gideon get access to Turing amenities?
Turing’s rooftop pool is accessible for Graham residents only. There is a $100 fee for full access to all amenities.
Is the garage gated?
Turing, Graham and Gideon all have gated parking garages.
How will delivery drivers enter the community?
Scheduled route carriers such as UPS, FedEx & USPS have codes that allow them into the building. Amazon and all other carriers are required to stop at the leasing office for a key FOB in order to deliver to the mail/parcel room(s).
What kind of events do you have for community engagement?
We host events every 1-2 months, along with hosting local food trucks on almost a weekly basis – the food/beverages are paid for by the resident.
How fast does the maintenance team response to service requests?
Our maintenance team aims to respond to service requests within 24-48 hours.
Do you accept guarantors?
Yes, they must live in the state of California and make 5x the monthly rent.
